The building.

90 Park Lawn Road boasts one of the best building amenities in the city. From the beautifully appointed lobby to the gorgeous dining and party rooms to the exclusive Shore Club Spa, there's no denying that these amenities would please the most discerning tastes. The beautiful indoor pool and fully equipped gym will keep you active, while the sauna and media room will help you relax. The neighbourhood.

With its proximity to the Lake, 90 Park Lawn Road is a slice of heaven in the city. The building is only a ten minute walk from Humber Bay, with beautiful trails and beaches – not to mention the tranquil lake – that would appeal to any outdoor enthusiast. Bike trails along the shore lead to the Butterfly Garden, the Mimico Waterfront Park, and the Humber Bay Arch Bridge.

The building is conveniently located near all amenities. Metro, LCBO, and Shoppers Drug Mart are all located in a plaza that is a short three minute stroll away. There are also plenty of restaurant options, from take out to coffee shops to fine dining, and everything in between.

The 28-acre former Christie Cookies plant acquired by First Capital Realty is set to be one of the city's most anticipated projects. Located at Lake Shore & Park Lawn, the proposed plans are for a mixed-use neighbourhood that will become a major destination within the GTA. In addition to commercial office space, and retail, entertainment, restaurants, and community-oriented shops, there will also be three public squares, a park, a central sheltered galleria lined with shops and restaurants, several pocket-sized places to gather, and pedestrian mews. The growing neighbourhood would be serviced by new bicycle lanes and new roads. A proposed streetcar loop will bring vehicles up from Lake Shore Boulevard past the various squares to a new Park Lawn GO train station.

The largest of three squares proposed within the site is Station Square, which leads pedestrians and streetcars to the intermodal transit hub from the south. The second largest square, dubbed Boulevard Square, fronts Lake Shore Blvd across from existing Humber Bay Shores towers, while another dubbed Entertainment Square, is planned closer to the east end of the site.

Transit.

The South Beach Condos boasts an excellent transit score and is serviced by the 501 Queen streetcar, which runs east and west through the city. The line offers convenient overnight service as well. Nearby bus lines also include 66 Prince Edward, 145 Downtown/Humber Bay Express, 80 Queensway, 76 Royal York South. The 176 Mimico Go bus stops directly at the Mimico GO Station.
