He helped us with what renovations and fixes we needed to do, what furniture could stay -- the little touches that we wouldn't have even though of, he helped us with. He photographed it, did video, put together a website, he created flyers, he basically put together a top notch marketing campaign around selling this place and if we were looking for a condo, we would've snatched it up pretty quickly!

When we met Edward at an open house at Camden, it just kind of happened by chance. Because Edward lived in the building, he knew about the property, and he told us about this great opening and it matched everything that we wanted. It was kind of getting to the point where we were actually convinced we could not buy a place...and something came up and he told us about it.

I think jumping into the market and not knowing what to expect was really intimidating, so working with Edward just made it a little more relaxing and it wasn't as freaky to deal with. He would explain what I needed to know; as long as Edward was taking care of it, I trusted him.
