    The neighbourhood.

Once home to working class factions post-World War II, Rockcliffe-Smythe still retains its humble charms while growing exponentially in popularity. Within the past ten years, the area has enjoyed a revival with the new Stockyards shopping mall and the hot Junction restaurant and bar strip nearby. Surrounded by large parks, conservation areas, schools, community centres, and the city's best golf courses, this neighbourhood is a draw for young families and young professionals alike.

    Transit.

22 Greendale Avenue is steps to two bus lines: the 71 Runnymede and the 161 Rogers Road. Both buses connect to subway stations on Line 1.

Expected to be completed in 2021, the multi-billion dollar Crosstown project is a light rail transit (LRT) line that will run across Eglinton Avenue between Mount Dennis (Weston Road) and Kennedy Station. This 19-kilometre corridor will include a 10-kilometre underground portion, between Keele Street and Laird Drive. The Crosstown will have up to 25 stations and stops. It will link to 54 bus routes, three subway stations and various GO Transit lines.

Mount Dennis Station will be the western terminal station of the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, located at the intersection of Weston Road and Eglinton Avenue West.
